Honestly, I was going through their website, and it doesn't even have Terms and Conditions or information about card issuance? I didn't see the Shark Tank episode, but do they mention what Bin Sponsor they're using? What about compliance and other requirements?
My guess, if there are any decent lawyers involved in the due diligence process, this might just end up being one of those deals that look good on tv but fall off at the backend

They saw a cheap way to acquire distributors, Influencer distributor. Once the network is solid they must have thought they can sell this to some ad network or agency
