I am taking treatmeant from doctor and took exception 2-3 times in a year and now applied again, will it impact my job, am worried as i am suffering from health issues and in constant worry of not getting understand by HR, what if they reject my exception?

Bro , generally it causes issues. Sometime , Cluster Head will not approve your exception for long time. They will not reject. But they will keep it on hold.
