Taking a small hike for exp

I (3yoe) jumped from a startup (16.5 lpa) to another (19lpa) with less than average hike you can say just for the option to get into a different role I wanted to learn. I'm not regretting it one bit for now. But we'll see how it goes in a few months. The old place has also been working on a new product, so if that becomes a hit I would have some regret.
