Tagged to support project again
I was in support project from last 5 years and i got released after long struggle and even got low ratings. I accept one project snd they said its a development project in java and spring boot but now they are giving me kt on sql and db and no coding. What should i do?
Upskill yourself and resign
Resign is best option bro. Think about your future. TCS think about themselves only you need to thik for yourself take a risk and find new job
Get instant release letter it will be though check what are the applications in your team and wheather they having any work withi spring else ask for release
If it's a cloud project then work on it for some time you will get the best experience.
Loll .. do you think there are any other projects in tcs .. only scrap with low bill rates come here .. you can upskill and shift ..
