Tagged to a project without consent and no one is contacting yet not sure how it works
Same happened to me recently. RMG said they cannot do anything about it if your expertise is matching their requirements.
I said further that I didn't received any mail for consent either. He simply replied there is no such policy that you need to provide consent for project allocation.
So, RMG will help only if your expertise is not matching the project requirements. 🤷🏻♂️
But personally I don't believe that RMG will help you.
Welcome to TCS:) if you don't like the project....don't do any work and behave like a stupid even though you know stuff. They will automatically remove you
I get you point this but at this stage of my career I found doing nothing is not acceptable also , I sent a note to the RMG for release they copied my reporting manager that associate is complaining that he is without task
That's how it works. Same with me as assistant consultant. Enjoy your time, prepare interviews and move out other company

Just go with it If you don't like it start preparing for switch thats all This happens to 90% of tcsers
