Tactics on Reducing notice period !!

Hey everyone,

Its evident that TCS will follow 90 days notice period and hire employees having shorter notice period so we remain stuck here since most companies are asking for 30-45 days notice period.

So, I want to ask: 1- what sort of tactics we can apply without any offer at hand and I am into Project (not on bench) !

2- What can we say to the recruiters who are asking for short notice period only so that we can attend interview and switch !

3- I know resigning and taking it back at very last moment is an option. But how feasible/risky it is from your experience if you have done this !
