Tacitly laid off - confused on what to do

I've been told that my working style and expectations as a PM don't match with the current situation in the company (no strategy, simply executing) and for that reason, they don't want to assign any new work. There are no appraisals either for anyone, people are leaving the company.

I'm not sure what to do about it now. I have 1.2 years of work experience and every PM opening expects a minimum of 3-4 years

Perhaps look for APM roles, theyโ€™ll be better suited for 0-2yoe

I donโ€™t know about PM but job specs mentioning minimum 2 yoe for entry level job still take in fresher or lower yoe folks. Totally depends on what kind of pool of candidates they have.
