I have got the following email:

"Congratulations! We are delighted to inform you that you have been directly nominated through Accelerated Internal Fulfillment program. This is a promotional movement for the position of Consultant. As a next step, you would be released from the current project by 13 Apr 2026 to facilitate your transition into the new role.

This movement offers you a promotion effective 01 Jan 2026."

Queries:

1. Is it Normal to get promotional email from IJP?
2. What will be the hike percentage and its structure?
3. When will I get the revised compensation letter?
4. Applicable from 1st Jan means will they provide the arrears in April Payroll?
5. Will I be eligible for any ESOPs?
