Is there anyone whose manager is nominated in feb and received a compensation letter for the role of TA. I am still waiting if you received what % hike you got.
Is there anyone whose joining is july 2022 and got promotion for TA if not can you please tell me when I got
U need 3 yesrs minimum now
So i dont think anyone got through fair means ,if u have some connectuons etc u can get but u need minimum 3 months now
But I had completed only one rating cycle and the next rating cycle is upcoming Nov 2025 so are there any criteria I have to complete two rating cycles/rating/project roles of maturity
Nope.
Got nominated by the manager during Feb and said it will be effective in April.
Yet to receive RC letter. If we actually got nominated maybe we can expect at the end of Q1 around June. With effective April.
People who got nominated during the last quarter itself getting letters at March end only.
My manager told me you will get in mid April
my manager nominated me in jan. but didn't got a letter yet. but the manager is saying he did it and he said the letter is released. is he fooling me ?
Do we get any mail once the Manager nominates? Or is it just a verbal confirmation from the manager?
