Hi everyone it has been 3 years in infosys I joined Infosys in April 2022 and got progressed to sse in Jan 2025 I wanted to know what is the role maturity to become TA and what should do because i have been progressed 1 year late to sse. how much time it will take for me to become TA

Work hard, make sure your efforts are getting notified by your manager. After 6 months start asking your manager to nominate you for technology analyst. It's not like everyone will get after one year

Yes exactly it's 3 years now and I have become sse on jan 2025 so logically if I am sse for 1year from now then it will be 4 years to become TA
