T** Medical policy - Co Pay

Does anyone have any idea about the latest update on T** medical policy regarding Co-Pay. During the final settlement, employee needs to pay from the pocket and additional 10%.

Really very bad for 40+ employees.

Now T** is nt good .

Till now insurance was good from TCS, but now this is also not good with copayment. for me it 12.5% for platinum plan. For platinum plus it is 15%.

Yes it is as plan if it is gold 7.5% of amount

Yes, copay is introduced from this year. It is 10% of the total bill amount, the copay amount is capped to 10K and also For junior grades the capped amount is less.
