T factor peoblem

Hi everyone,

I’ve received a mail regarding completing the T-Factor to level 2. Currently, I’m stuck at 1.99 because I’m unable to complete one of the milestone challenges.

I wanted to check — if I’m not able to complete it within the given time, will it lead to any action or termination? Or is it just a part of the learning and development goals?

Would appreciate if anyone from HR, L&D, or my colleagues who’ve faced a similar situation could guide me on this.
