System Engineer C1 Salary

I join TCS with System Engineer C1 position with 7.4LPA. It’s been 2.5 years now. I am getting 8LPA only. My role is Full Stack and work is very good. Is my salary ok or should I ask for a promotion or hike?

Then your CTC is 2.5x of your work ex and as per the industry average this is fine. Just don’t stay for longer in the hope of you getting promoted to C2.

Don't stay beyond 3 yrs here, just prepare and move to better package. I myself will do this, currently 1.8 yr exp, already started leetcode 😬. Despite of a lot of hardwork I got B band, now I am done with this project 😔
