Synthetic text generation

If would love to know about how do you ensure the generated text is from key-word bias? Say emotion classification from text.. and you need to generate text samples which are free from token Imbalance... to avoid spurious correlations.

I want to know the standard approach for this. It will vary based on problem but still let's consider a binary classification first.
