Syniti offer -Deloitte

I recently received a interview call from Syniti. Have read a lot that it is a very good company to work at and pays really well. I currently work at Deloitte and promotions look uncertain here. Since Capgemini has recently acquired Syniti for its Digital transformation, will that affect the company culture or there would be any restructuring. I am ver skeptical about making this switch.
