Market is down elsewhere, Google, Flipkart, Swiggy,PayTM layoffs are on the rise. Stupid giants will confuse you with their layoff reasons. Its better to upskill and work on negotiation skills with manager internally and deliver and then try switching if not accepted, but that too in the next quarter
