Switching with Digital incentives

Let’s say I cracked wings1, and am getting Digital incentives now. Can I bargain for a package in another company with Digital package as base or that wouldn’t be considered? If not, then my base is still Tcs Ninja profile focused which is pretty low all things considered so wondering, thanks!
