Switching to Privacy Role

I am a cybersecurity consultant at Deloitte. My hiring was done for risk management but since they did not have anything gave me this. Now i want to switch to data privacy roles.

How do I start with? What all should I study? Gdpr, dpdpa, ccpa and what else What other technical things are there
