Trending @Accenture; Switching to different organisations

I got a call from recruiter and she was asking to put papers today in accenture and will get the offer released from her organisations in the next week for sure. I have completed till HR discussions round and also background verification is completed. Only offer release is been pending. Her saying was “To put down the papers and start negotiating to 60 days NP if possible” Any one can please suggest what can I do or how should i respond her

Bro tell her to provide offer letter first, on that basis only you will be able to put papers n also able to negotiate np, without offer don't take risk

Just tell her you put down papers today and wait for her to get you an offer. And only after that you can initiate resignation. For joining date you can request to adjust based on when you'll get relieved.
