9moTrending @Accenture; Switching to different organisations
I am working with accenture in one of the project. I want to switch to have some good financial growth as i am underpaid. However the constraint of 90 days notice period is blocking me from doing so. No other organisation outside is waiting for 90days only they are asking for max 1 month notice period or immediate joiner within 15 days also i have asked to do buy out option that also they are not ready to do it. Please anyone do let me know how can I do my switch , suggestions are welcomed?

My suggestions
- Prepare well and be confident with your skillset.
- keep ur notice as 30 days and try for startups alone. Don't try for companies you wish to join.
- Once you are able to clear and fetch an offer then put exit in your company.
- Before you exit make sure you have atleast 3 months expenditure in your hand.
- Change ur naukri to actual notice period and try.
- Lesser your notice period you will attract good jobs and good pay.
One of my friend left Accenture, and tried as immediate joiner after months she left... She got an offer with less than a month. Her pay is more than 22LPA which is 80%+ hike..
All the best
