Trending @Accenture; Switching to different organisation with 1.5 year exp is ok?
With an experience of 1.5 year in sap abap is ok to switch because compensation is very low 4.5lpa only. And how much compensation i can expect after switching.
And shall i continue working in sap or need to switch tech stack as well because growth in sap seems very slow.
your guidance is greatly appreciated.
This much time is OK also if you are going to change steams then faster should be better is what I think

It's a bit complicated, SAP has well paying jobs but they require some or few of : good college, experience 2+years min, good knowledge of more than 1 field in sap, understanding of database and dsa. Also jobs are comparatively less and so slow job change and hikes. In general sap jobs are being transferred to 3rd world countries for cheap labour and SAP outside of domain is of no use.
Other stack competition is very tough mainly for development roles but chances of higher pay after same years of experience are sooner and better as jobs are also more and much frequent. Here also you will need Tech stack skills, dsa, lld and hld knowledge but these knowledge has bigger scope than SAPs.
