Switching to AI/Gen AI

I have been working on Oracle CPQ technology for 9 years. I want to switch to AI/GenAI. I don't have an exp on Python or any other programming language. I am currently C3A and joined TCS 2 years back.

Q1: What can I do to switch to AI/GenAI based projects ? Q2: Will they take an inexperienced person in the project ? If not, then what can I do ? Q3: How to get in touch with people who can guide on this

Also, I am planning to ask for release from the current project as its manager is too toxic

  • Yes, they might take you if you show dedication and some basic skills.
  • Network on LinkedIn, join AI forums, and connect with Accenture folks.
  • Definitely ask for a release if the manager is toxic. Focus on your growth, yaar!
