I want to switch the but because of TCS notice period I am unable to switch the company is there any remedy to get rid of the notice period and suggestions

try giving 1-2 interviews. Once you start cracking the interviews then put down papers. You can reach back to them as well once you start serving notice period.

Pehle resignation to dalo...then update karo linkedin mein ko notice period pe ho bas jese jese din kam hoga the frequency of call will increase for sure
