Switching the company 90 days notice period

Since TCS is maintaining 3 months notice period it is hard to get the job outside is there any idea to reduce this period

Resign now and start applying after 1 or 2 months, if you don’t get anywhere then revoke your resignation. During the resignation period, you could look for on-site opportunity.
Leave your project, I know it’s hard but somehow try to get out of your project (getting unallocated) and then if you resign your notice period would be less than 30 days.
