Trending @Capgemini; Switching tech stack

I have 4+ years of experience working in AEM but now i want to switch other techstack like node js, reacts js in other company. Will i face issue while switching or working in that techstack since i dont have work exp in it?

PS: i am studying node js and reacts js online
