Switching Plan for Sales Role

Hello Folks, Currently working in Microsoft in MCAPS - Sales + Customer Success for 3 years. Got 2 offers to decide -

1. Google Cloud, L6 - Sales with 120 percent TC hike + joining bonus + stocks
2. SAP Solution Specialist - around 50 percent growth overall

Which would be a good offer to consider amongst the 3 other than salary factor to consider.
