I'm in Cognizant right now, it's been 2 yrs and 8 months to be precise.. I know Selenium along with other things like alm, jira , basic Salesforce.. as I'm in healthcare domain having good knowledge on Facets and healthcare.. now I'm want to switch company , I'm not getting any idea how to switch companies.. I see people switches.. asking experienced people how you guys switch?? How you manage 90 days notice period.

You have to resign and start applying in notice period. No company is willing to hire 90 days notice period. If you have good rapport with management you can apply mentioning 2 months notice period and negotiable for early release with CTS. No other option unless you posses a rare and in demand skill

I have the same amount of experience, currently I am serving notice period. Personally I kept my notice period as 45-60 days on every platform to get more interviews, got the first offer where they wanted me to join in 2 months, i accepted that offer and resigned. I tried negotiating with my manager but they didn't agree. Then after a week i informed the company that cognizant isn't relieving me due to some reason and they need me to serve 90 days. 90% cases they will wait as finding a good candidate is hard, which happened in my case.
