Switching jobs too often

I have seen a lot of newcomers are not waiting for the right opportunity. If they face a challenge, they are moving out of the company. If the decision is based solely on a salary hike without considering the work environment, job stability, and career progression, it could backfire in the long run. Ideally, it’s better to evaluate the overall value of the job—salary, learning potential, company culture, and future prospects—before making a switch.

Don’t understand the rant. Comp wise, market rewards frequent switches. Companies are okay at hiring someone with a 50% bump on their previous salary, but only give 10% bump in appraisal season.
I personally think that tech driven economies are exponential and its quite hard for humans to perceive understand or adapt to an exponential curve. Basically, the job market perceived, understood and adapted by folks as little as 10-15 years ago, is completely different today, and will evolve into something new entirely in anothet 10-15 years. Which means, our understanding of “stability”, “career progression”, and other concepts has to evolve rapidly. With even “stable” companies like Google and Facebook instituting a hire and fire culture, More and more people will become free agents of sorts in the future. Just keep hopping between different companies, teams and offices
