Switching Jobs and still not happy, 8 months after
I had changed my jobs after leaving EY and joining Deloitte. It seems a big mistake for me now. Or rather I am stuck in another toxic place.
My manager and I dont see eye to eye, and have difference of opinions at pretty much all aspects. If I agree to her point, its simply reaches an "agreement" then. While I am open to understand her work process or style, she is deems everything I do as brainless or without logic. I am new to this field, and she is an expert. Yet I am not receiving any proper guidance and any research I do is dismissed. I am trying to work on any misunderstanding I may have. But its not helping and is frustrating.

Just understand it this way - If leadership feels a resource is not good (how they determine this - work is never considered as you will be good. They will look for one opportunity and stick to it till you leave this toxic firm).
Why they do this, so that they can reduce rating, keep giving you same feedback - you need to step up, compares with others. If you do step up, they will still find ways and say that you are not up to mark.

There are much better ways to resolve these.
