Switching job suggestion

Hi,

I have 6 years of experience. I am trying so hard to get into mid level product based companies. I don't know where I lag . Is it possible to get wfh or flexible work option ? Currently in bench . Or shall I go for any service based companies right now? However tried not able to get into the mid level companies. Always stuck in service based.
