Switching Job

Hello Reader,

I need to some suggestions/advice for my current situation.

I am 25M based in Kolkata, working for TCS with 3.5 yoE as a SailPoint IIQ developer. Recently I got a hike by blackmailing them and its 10 lpa. Currently, my client is Texas Instrument and their contract is expiring and the last working day is 31st Dec. My client is planning to hire me but the catch is I need to move to Bangalore(which I am okay with). I want to know, what should I quote as my expected CTC since I am the sole owner of my family and if I start living in Bangalore I need to provide 30-40k/month to them. Also. is it a good company to join? I mean do they fire a lot and how is the hike situation here?
