Switching from TCS (skill set SAP PP)

Hi I have completed 3 years in TCS and have a current CTC of 6.75 lpa, how much CTC could I ask from other companies while negotiating?

If you are into S4 HANA you can quote 11 to 12 in case of ECC try to learn S4 and negotiate
