Switching from TCS

Is it worth relocating to Bangalore from Hyderabad and switch from TCS to Accenture with 56% hike?!

My native is Hyderabad and currently working in TCS digital with almost no growth. Digital incentive is linked with Band and I may take maternity leave so I am worried what if Band gets changed and what if digital incentives get paused.

I have been offered 56% hike in Accenture but only catch is location. They’re offering Bangalore location. Moreover my husband’s location is Hyderabad.

Is it worth to switch?

What if I can relocate after 8-12 months? Still not worth it? And in TCS if I get C band then I would go to 4-4.5LPA🤔 switch or no Switch?

My honest opinion is to look for a better opportunity outside TCS. Considering the pay check then you can decide whether to shift or not. It is not worth shifting at this pay package to a new city. Where the cost of living is already sky rocketing.

Depends on salary really.. if u are at 10lpa and joining there at 15.6lpa then no point. If u are at 20lpa and getting 31.2lpa there then it's worth

Look bro first ask this question to you why you need switch you will get the ans . If you thought work will more satisfying in Accenture then there is no change in any service base company all are in same plate .if you thing salary 56% bike will make a huge difference in your in-hand salary then also you are worng as we are in India and our government is there for tax most of the salary will go to tax and variable.

Now changing the location will another budden for you as you need to pay rent also and now a day's rent is more expansive.

Hope you got my ans and if you thing u want to learn then spend 2 to 3 hours daily in new technology
