Trending @Cognizant; Switching from QEA to other tower

2.3yoe, currently PA. Was released 1 week back from a project, although being told they are working to retain me due to client dependency.

Due to client team requirments, I have built few public facing services using spring boot, python and postgres etl jobs from scratch and maintained them as sole dev.

I have also built one off small scale regression testing scripts using selenium, java but nothing noteworthy automation testing wise. Have few intern days projects too.

I am trying to apply for new projects on tmp and all are QEA based. Would my lower exp in automation testing cause issues? Can I apply to any ADM or anythibg else for dev roles or is that not possible?
