Switching from KPMG

I am looking to leave KPMG and wanted to understand what kind of a hike to expect on switch. I have 2 YOE and an MBA from a tier 1 college and have a current package of 25 (22.5+2.5), but have gotten promoted to senior consultant/AM and am awaiting my increment.
