Switching from Jpmc to GS

I also completed around 3 years in JP Morgan and is switching to another company. Currently on notice period.

As per my understanding after 2 to 3 years, person should switch for better growth and pay. And if you have offer from GS that's another one of the best company to work with. Work will be little hectic, maintaining work-life balance will be little difficult. But if you survived in JP Morgan i guess you can do the same in GS as well.

Is it mandatory to go to office daily or it is hybrid?
