Trending @Accenture; Switching from Accenture

My fixed payment is 11.7 LPA with 10 - 15 % Variable pay in Accenture. I'm getting 16.5 LPA as fixed without any variable.

And, they are accepting a 90 days notice period.

Is it a wise decision to resign.

Take the offer & resign Forget being retained.

Look for the counter offers especially near the end of your notice period (like under 30 days of your LWD).

They are laying off here at accenture. Why are you even wasting 1-2 hours seeking any validation?

Why wait ? You are thinking about 100 different things, resign and let the manager think about you and the project dependency. Its a win win.
