Switching domain to switch company

So I have been working in EY for 3+ years as a software developer and stuck at 6 lpa with no proficiency in specific domain, no Great technical or actual development work, majorly worked on Excel and client specific software's understanding and working. What if I start spring and java, have basics of Java knowledge already How much time will it take and best approach to learn it ? Or should I start looking for good work i side company itself?
