Switching company after 17 years
Hi all, I am switching companies after 17 years and I am very anxious. It has been so many years in my current org that it feels difficult to join different one now even though I need it very much. Has anyone switched after this much time in one organization and how did you manage it?

Try LTimindtree.. you feel bit like tcs.. But within 3 months u have get project else serve more 3.months..notice.and they will kick you out.
