Currently, I am a systems associate with 2.8 years experience. Currently, I am in the Microsoft unit. But no projects were hitting me or my co trainees. We were in training code. So, I am planning to switch the company with Microsoft 365 as a technical experience. Is it the right time to switch the company, or do I need to wait some more period? How much can I expect the package?
