Switching companies in a short time frame

Hi everyone, I recently had an interview with a product company in December. I had passed all the rounds but they shortlisted one other candidate along with me and decided to select the other person. The interviews and the talk with the talent team was pleasant and a good experience.

I joined my current organization in January. Last week, the same recruiter from the other company contacted me asking whether I am still looking for a job switch for the same position. Honestly, I was looking forward to joining that company, if I was selected after the December interview. Right now, I don't think it's fair to my current company to leave just 3 months after joining.

Also, I think the ctc would be way higher than what I am getting currently, the other company is a great paymaster.

So a bit confused on what to do, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
