Switching careers from Treasury Mid Office to FP&A as a CA

I have been working with a domestic bank as a Treasury operations manager focusing on collateral management for the past 3 years, but now I want to switch my careers to FP&A as I don't see growth in the treasury operations profile as a CA.

If any of the experts here could guide me on how I can switch and what exactly my resume should look like.
