Joined as a fresher in Persistent systems at 4.71LPA and today joined as a Devops engineer at Hashedin by Deloitte with almost > 100% hike at 15LPA. I always used to think it's impossible to reach that figure in just 2 years of experience, but yeah the struggle was worth it. How was your time at persistent, i have heard that internal growth in persistent seems higher than normal service base companies, did you experience that, what was your persistence pkg when you left persi?
It was average tbh, I joined in 2022 and before that I had heard there were no layoffs but now persistent is no longer safe to work. Although I got a good project but many of my colleagues were laid off due to lack of projects. Growth wise I started with 4.7 and within 2 years it was 7LPA. So it was a average experience for me
Can you tell what you prepared and did you had any referrals or direct apply
I mostly prepared from YouTube and made several projects using devops tools. And yes I got a referral for HashedIn
