Switched to Wells from JPMC - Yap

I'm so over it, I'm totally wiped, and I'm fuming.

The office? The infrastructure is terrible, no standing desks, stained floors, no windows on some floors. You can practically touch the ceiling if you stand on a chair. It's all white, bright lights, and no lockers. BYOD even includes sports equipment.

The culture? People dress like they just rolled out of bed, questionable civic sense, Hindi/Telugu is more common than English, fewer town halls and interactions with senior professionals, and the organization seems to lack vision.

The technology? It's like something out of the Middle Ages, complex ways to get access, frequent lags, and they even redistribute used accessories.

The food? I had a coworker who ended up in the hospital after relying on the office food. There's no way to give feedback on the food, no quality checks, and not many options to eat.

Wells has all the potential and resources to fix things. JPMC showed me that if you make your employees feel good and like they belong, the company will naturally thrive.

Despite all those downsides, there are a few good things:

Good pay Better opportunities Skills are appreciated Better work-life balance

Hopefully, it'll improve over time.
