Switch without new offer
Hi
Is it a big risk to switch from tcs despite no offer in hand? If anyone can guide. I am looking for switch giving interviews, upskilling but luck is sleeping i guess. Can anyone give some valuable inputs. Planning ro resign on 1st nov.

Have to resign but make sure to continuously apply on any position

This is usually a slow quarter. Sit tight this quarter and continue to look for interviews.
If you have reached a point of resigning with no offer, consider being less productive , doing bare minimum work and make time to prepare for interviews as much as possible.
