Switch to telecom MVNO company from NSS unit
Is it worth to join telecom MVNO startup company from TCS ? The company has hardly 25-30 members & only 5 year old company based in Belgium . Give a good hike & wfh . Scared about job security?
In telecom domain there 2 or 3 good company in india . In TCS , job is secured than other telecom company. But my package only 6.3 with 5.5 yoe . In TCS , work life balance is perfect but no growth. Should I join new startup or stay in tcs ?

Take the leap. TCS isn't providing you job security anyway. Go there, learn. In terms of knowledge you'll reach different heights within a year maybe. Yes, initial days may be tough, but things aren't easy anywhere, isn't it? All the best!
