Trending @Cognizant; Switch to startup?

Hi guys, I am currently working as an A level employee with Cognizant, happy with my work & boss, but no increment/ promotion inspite of 4 rating for 2 years.

Getting an opportunity to work with a 500 employee based fintech startup.

Should I switch or stay? Please help.

If you are not married and are not planning to get married for next 3 years then you should definitely join. Ask for ESOP and atleast 100 percent hike on current package.
