Is it right time to switch to salesforce ? Can anyone guide me which certifications should i start from and which path i choose for better pay and stability in career.

Start with Admin certificate thatbis bare minimum.

Then depends on if you're developer or functional person.

SF is an ocean. Lots of AI chatter so I’ll say do Admin, AI Specialist, Platform App, Agentforce specialist and then if you’re a dev go for Platform Developer then Data Cloud
