Switch to Product Manager

Anyone from Oracle, Product Management? I want to switch to Product Manager role, what all skills/certification/experience would I need to Possess to get through an interview successfully and what's the package can I expect? I am currently a Business Analyst with an operation team with good experience of Project Management and sound knowledge on Agile methods. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks
