Hello Everyone, I have been in wipro from past 2.4 yrs, I am currently working in a tool based support project. But, I want to switch my Domain to Java Development. What should I do?

Should I search for internal Java projects? I have tried, but not getting any response.
Should I make a switch outside? I have tried that too, but since I don't have experience in java yet, not getting any calls either.

I kinda feel stuck...pls can anyone relevant to this field guide me?

Try internal projects again, but also upskill in Java through online courses or certifications. Networking with colleagues in Java teams might open doors too.
